The ACCG County Attorneys’ Section will meet and then hear presentations on sovereign immunity, tax sales, zoning, tax abatement and recent legislative issues.
Managers and administrators will receive a legislative update from the ACCG Policy team, learn about a new fraud hotline service and review the findings from the recent managers/administrators survey.
County clerks have the opportunity to participate in courses offered through the Clerks’ Institute as well as to participate in the Georgia County Clerks’ Association meeting while at the annual conference.
